PHOTOGRAPH. This dramatic, full color photograph of Dr. Buzz Aldrin
on the Moon's Sea of Tranquillity was created from the NASA archive negative
and is personally hand-signed by Dr. Aldrin, pilot of the Apollo 11 Lunar
Landing Module Eagle. The historic Apollo 11 mission accomplished
the goal set by President John F. Kennedy to put a Man on the surface of
the Moon by the end of the decade of the 1960’s. This goal was accomplished
by the Apollo 11 landing on the lunar surface on July 20, 1969. Personalized
inscriptions by Dr. Aldrin are also available on the photograph for an additional
