PHOTOGRAPH . This full color photograph of Gene Cernan in the Moon's
Taurus-Littrow Valley has been created from the NASA archive negative and
is personally hand-signed by Gene Cernan, commander of the Apollo 17 mission
and the Lunar Landing Module Challenger. The Apollo 17 crew accomplished
the sixth and final manned moon landing of the Apollo program on December
11, 1972. Astronaut Gene Cernan became the eleventh human to set foot on
the moon and the last Man to leave the lunar surface. Gene Cernan has personally
hand-signed the photograph in silver ink and has also inscripted the photograph
with the Apollo flight number, "Apollo XVII". Available matted and
framed with a historical plaque or unframed. Comes with a certificate of
